Mark 10:51

A blind man called out to Jesus asking for help, and Jesus asked him, “What do you want me to do for you?” Wasn’t it obvious? What else would a blind man need but to have his sight restored? Jesus knows what we need before we even ask him. But according to this account, he still wants us to ask. Why is that? There is power in “the ask.” But could it be that he hopes we might ask for more than the obvious?
